Volumetric weight is computed with the industry-standard formula: Length (cm) × Width (cm) × Height (cm) ÷ 6000. The billable chargeable weight will always be whichever is greater between the volumetric weight and the actual scale weight.
Outer cartons must be strong, neutral, and sealed exclusively using clear tape. Two Amazon shipping labels must be attached on opposite sides. Keep weights within 12–30 kg for air and 12–22 kg for sea freight, with the longest edge remaining under 120 cm.
Products with built-in batteries or magnets are accepted provided they are accurately declared beforehand. Standalone or pure lithium batteries, however, are strictly prohibited.
